Our Journey

  1. The journey begins
    Maxhill Group was established in 2002 as Max Infosolutions, entering the computer hardware industry with products imported from across the globe. Starting with assembling computers, we identified market demand and partnered with global memory chip manufacturers to import and supply cutting-edge products.
  2. Evolution within the sector
    With both promoter brothers bringing their engineering and IT expertise to the table, Maxhill diversified into desktop, laptop, and server parts, along with upgrades and accessories. Our comprehensive product range catered to the entire Indian market. Our punchline, “Your Specialist Supplier,” captured our mission as we rose to become one of the top spare parts suppliers in India, establishing offices in major cities nationwide.
  3. Venturing into a new sector
    Maxhill ventured into the wood panel industry, initiating imports of face veneers and serving the plywood manufacturing sector, marking a significant diversification.
  4. Diversification in the wood panel industry
    Building on our success, we expanded into MDF boards and related wood panel products, which became our flagship offerings. Partnering with top manufacturers globally, we distributed high-quality wood panel products across India.
  5. Addition of new product lines
    Leveraging our expertise in distribution and international trade, we quickly gained a foothold in the wood panel industry. By this time, we introduced products such as Finger Joint Boards, Flexi Ply, HDF and more, becoming a leading supplier across India.
  6. Customs recognition

    A proud milestone for Maxhill—AEO-T2 certification by Indian Customs. This internationally recognized mark of quality validated our secure role in the global supply chain and our efficient, compliant customs procedures. This achievement reflects our long-standing excellence in international trade.
  7. The break bulk shipment
    Maxhill successfully managed a 4,000-ton single break bulk shipment of MDF boards—the first and only instance in India. This milestone demonstrated our logistical expertise and capacity to handle large-scale operations efficiently.
  8. Addition of Plywood and Related Products
    We expanded our product portfolio to include various types of plywood, further enhancing our market presence and capitalizing on growing opportunities in the wood panel industry.
  9. Continuous innovation
    Innovation remains at the core of Maxhill's ethos. In 2024, we introduced new product lines, including PVC foam boards, OSB, and additional plywood-related offerings. We continue to evolve and adapt to meet industry demands.

Mr. Navneet Aggarwal serves as the Director of the company. He holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and possesses a strong passion for entrepreneurship. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the business world, he has been instrumental in driving the company's remarkable growth across various sectors it has ventured into. Under his visionary leadership, the company has achieved significant milestones. He efficiently oversees the company's purchases, sales operations, and the day-to-day management of its activities, ensuring seamless operations and sustained progress.
Gaurav Aggarwal
Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal also serves as a Director of the company, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the business world. A graduate in Computer Engineering, he is the go-to expert for all matters related to the company's financials. With his deep-rooted knowledge in finance and a strong grasp of technology, he efficiently manages the company's accounts and finance operations. Under his leadership, the company has achieved consistent growth and seamless functioning over the years.
Ishita Aggarwal
Ms. Ishita Aggarwal is the newest addition to the company, having graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), USA. She brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the organisation, spearheading the new product development division. In addition to her role in product development, she actively contributes to designing the company’s marketing strategies, leveraging the latest technologies and cutting-edge innovations to drive growth and engagement.
